Agency TEAM Corp. Korea (CEO Jiyeon Song), which operates the trade management SaaS DECANT, will participate in the Singapore FinTech Festival 2024, held from November 6 to 8 at the Singapore Expo.
The Singapore FinTech Festival 2024, hosted by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), is a premier global fintech event, attracting around 700 fintech companies that engage in exhibitions, conferences, and networking over three days to foster business collaboration.
DECANT, a SaaS solution for managing exporters’ and importers’ orders, logistics, and FX invoicing, recently surpassed 10 Million SGD in transaction volume. In response, the company introduced new payment functions and will debut embedded services at the festival, including “DECANT Invoice” and “DECANT Usance”, to support payments between importers and exporters.
CEO Jiyeon Song shared, “We recognized that payment flexibility is crucial for importers handling small-scale B2B transactions. After two years of development, we are excited to officially launch this service.” She added, “Currently, the service is limited to intermediary trade conducted through DECANT's South Korean and Singaporean entities, but from the first half of next year, we plan to expand payment services to all transactions.”

싱가포르 핀테크 페스티벌 2024는 싱가포르 금융청(MAS)이 주관하는 행사로, 올해는 700여 개의 핀테크 회사들이 참여하여 3일간 박람회 및 컨퍼런스, 교류 행사를 통해 기업 간 협업을 도모하는 대표적인 글로벌 핀테크 행사이다.
디캔트는 수출자와 수입자의 주문, 물류, 외환 송장 관리 기능을 담은 SaaS로, 최근 거래 규모가 100억 원 이상을 돌파함에 따라 결제 기능을 신설하고 수입자와 수출자 간 결제를 지원하는 새로운 임베디드 서비스인 ‘디캔트 인보이스(INVOICE)’와 ‘디캔트 유산스(USANCE)’를 이번 박람회를 통해 첫 선보인다.
송지연 대표는 “결제의 다양성은 소규모 B2B를 진행하는 수입자에게 꼭 필요한 서비스라는 것을 파악, 지난 2년간 사업을 추진한 끝에 정식 서비스로 개편하게 되었다”며, “현재 서비스는 디캔트 한국 및 싱가포르 법인을 통해 수출입이 이루어지는 중개 무역에 한해 제공되지만, 내년 상반기 이후부터는 전체 거래로 결제 서비스를 확대할 예정”이라고 밝혔다.
