주식회사 에이전시팀 (대표 송지연) 이 운영하는 디지털 기반 의류 무역 플랫폼, 디캔트 (www.decant.co.kr) 가 지난 9월 26일 중국 상하이에서 개최 된 23 S/S 온타임쇼 상하이 (Ontimeshow shanghai) 에서 성공적으로 쇼룸을 개최, 한국 의류 상품을 전문으로 하는 유통사로 해외에서 주목을 받고 있다. 

디캔트는 아시아권 전문 유통사인 (주)에이전시팀 에서 해외 도매 수출 및 의류 수출 자동화 대한 IT 기술력을 바탕으로 개발된 디지털 무역 플랫폼이다. 특히 디캔트 X 라는 자체 ERP-WMS 시스템을 기반으로 현지 바이어 매칭 부터 결제, 정산,  물류 및 수출입 관리 까지 토탈 관리 서비스를 제공하고 있어 국내 기업이 해외 진출 초기에 가지는 거래 관리에 대한 고충을 덜어주고 있다.

이번  상하이 패션위크 쇼룸에는 Mmlg, DIAGONAL 등 총 30개의 기업이 온-오프라인 쇼룸을 통해 참여하였으며, 한국을 방문하지 못해 소싱의 어려움을 겪던 바이어와의 교두보 역할을 통해 현지 상담 금액 및 주문 금액이 역대 최대로 집계되었다.

최근 디캔트는 주력시장 이였던 중화권을 기반으로 대만, 일본, 싱가포르 신규 진출하여 한국 의류 제품의 구매를 원하는 해외 바이어의 가입 증대되어 플랫폼 MAU 1만 달성 및 1일 최고 결제 금액 7만불 (약 1억원) 등의 성과를 보여주고 있다. 또한 디캔트와 해외 유통을 희망하는 국내 브랜드 고객이 이번 3분기에만 15개 추가로 계약 되는 등 공급자와 수요자가 동시다발 적으로 증대되고 있어 가파른 성장세를 보여주고 있다.

이에 송지연 대표는 " 최근 몇년간 한국 의류 제품은 트렌디 하지만 가성비 가격을 가진 실용적인 상품으로 해외에서 인식되며 아시아 국가의 중산층을 중심으로 소비층이 탄탄해 졌다" 며 "최근 떠오르는 대만, 싱가포르, 인도네시아, 말레이시아 시장에서도 중화권 만큼이나 잠재력을 보여주고 있어 향후 신규 해외 유통사 발굴에 앞장서 더 다양한 한국 브랜드의 유통을 디캔트를 통해 할 수 있도록 시스템을 개발할 것" 이라 밝혔다.

DECANT (www.decant.co.kr), a digital-based clothing trade platform operated by Agency TEAM corp (CEO Song Jiyeon), has successfully held a showroom at the 23S/S on-time show Shanghai in Shanghai, China, on September 26, attracting attention overseas as a distributor specializing in Korean clothing products. 

DECANT is a digital trade platform developed by the Agency TEAM corp, an Asian distributor, based on IT technology for automating overseas wholesale exports and clothing exports. In particular, based on its own ERP-WMS system called Decant X, it provides total management services from local buyer matching to payment, settlement, logistics, and import and export management, relieving domestic companies' difficulties in managing transactions in the early stages of overseas expansion.

A total of 30 companies, including Mmlg and DIAGONAL, participated in the Shanghai Fashion Week Showroom through the online and offline showrooms, and the amount of local consultations and orders was the largest ever through the role of a bridgehead with buyers who had difficulties in sourcing due to visit Korea.

Recently, DECANT has newly entered Taiwan, Japan, and Singapore based on the main market, increasing the subscription of overseas buyers who want to purchase Korean clothing products, achieving platform MAU 10,000 and showing the highest daily payment amount of $70,000 (about 100 million won). In addition, suppliers and consumers are increasing simultaneously, with 15 additional domestic brand customers wishing to distribute abroad in the third quarter alone, showing steep growth.

In response, CEO Song Jiyeon said, "In recent years, Korean clothing products have been recognized overseas as a trendy but efficient product, and consumers have strengthened around the middle class in Asian countries," adding, "We will develop a system to find new overseas retailers and distribute more Korean brands through DECANT."
